Fatimah gladly teaches Preeti but they are still unsuccessful. The relationship between Fatimah and Preeti upsets Kenchana. Kenchana becomes jealous because Preeti is closer to Fatimah than to her, despite being Preeti's mother-in-law. Kenchana complains about this to Ravi. Ravi dismisses it as a trivial matter, which further upsets Kenchana.
